About the Role
As a Product Manager at Algo HR, you'll be responsible for defining and executing product strategy for our AI-powered recruitment platform.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that delight our customers and drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product areas
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
- Write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ship high-quality features
- Analyze product metrics and user behavior to drive improvements
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of user research and UX design principles
- Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
