About the Role
We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our design team. You'll be responsible for creating beautiful, intuitive user experiences
that help companies hire better talent. You'll work on both web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the design process
- Ensure designs are accessible and follow best practices
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
- Understanding of web accessibility standards
