About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our enterprise clients. You'll help customers achieve their goals with Algo HR, drive product adoption, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new enterprise customers and ensure successful implementation
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers
  • Identify opportunities for product adoption and expansion
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs
  • Develop and deliver customer training and enablement programs
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with enterprise customer management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience with customer onboarding and training
